We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, inspiration, timeline, and budget. If you have heirloom jewelry or existing pieces you’d like to repurpose or melt for credit, we’ll guide you through those possibilities as well.
02 — Design
We source exceptional gemstones and refine your piece through sketches, CAD renderings, and thoughtful detail work. If we are reusing stones or melting existing jewelry, we’ll provide a prepaid FedEx label for secure shipping.
03 — Production
Your piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles or New York by master goldsmiths using the finest materials. Each detail is carefully refined to ensure exceptional quality, wearability, and lasting craftsmanship.
04 — Finished Piece
Once complete, your bespoke piece is carefully finished and delivered to become part of your story for years to come. We provide updates throughout the process so you feel connected from concept to completion.
