Set in 18k gold, this reversable pendant features .3 ctw of diamonds and .94 cts oval white sapphire. One side depicts the birth of a star and the other side a supernova. A supernova results when the core of a massive star collapses and explodes on itself resulting in a brillant burst of energy. A supernova marks the end of a star's life and the beginning of its new form. In the same way, this necklace celebrates transitions and the phases of life. The diamonds graduate in size in order to depict this outward movement of light and material.
